7:30 am - Morning Yoga / Meditation

09:00 am - Breakfast

10:00 am - Transformational Talk

11:30 am - Free time for self-exploration

1:30 pm - Lunch

2:30 pm - Relax / Free Time

6:30 pm - Meditation / Yoga Nidra

8:00 pm - Dinner
